Eight teams from the Atlantic and Savannah Conferences who have qualified for the final eight of this years DSTV Multi Choice/NBBF Premier Basketball League said they were yet to receive an official date for the showdown which is billed for the Indoor Sport Hall of the National Stadium, Surulere Lagos.
In a chat with Dodan Warriors handler, Peter Ahmedu , he said despite the fact that NBBF is yet to announce the date for the final eight, his side is currently in camp intensifying preparation ahead of the showdown that will take place hopefully later this month. He also believes that other teams in the Final Eight are currently doing the same.
The teams that have qualified through the regular season for the final eight from Atlantic Conference are Lagos Islanders BC, Union Bank Lagos, Dodan Warriors and Royal Hoopers of Port-Harcourt while Kano Pillars Kada Stars, Plateau Peaks Jos and Yelwa Hawks Bauchi qualified from the Sarannah Conference
