Spurred on once again by reliable forward Senegal who were determined to win the battle of the Lioness narrowly picked the first quarter by 13-11 points but gave an indication that she is not ready to take it easy with her foes when they opened up a deep gap in the second quarter by 22-03 to take the game beyond the reach of Cameroonian Lioness.
Traore who poured in 15 points and grabbed 5 rebounds was joined by fellow teammates Mame Diouf 15 points and Fatou Dieng 12 points to further punish the Cameroon side to record her third straight win in the group.
Cameroon forward Belle Mendeng led her teammates with 13 points while Amina Njonkou added 10 points.
