A-1 v Nabisunsa 4.30pm
Rhino v Gulu Hawks 6pm
Even after nine games, it is not surprising that A-1 Challenge remain unbeaten in the MTN-FUBA ladies league. Hamza Nyambogo’s team have made such winning runs a pastime, thanks to their wealth of experience and skill.
This evening they will look to wrap up their first round games against a young and inexperienced Nabisunsa side that have won four out of their nine games, and it will take a miracle to end A-1’s unbeaten run.
Nabisunsa will have to contend with A-1’s shooting pair of Ali Mavita and Hatima Kassim, the two have been in immense form, recording double figures in all the games they have played.
A-1 have already defeated KCC Leopards, UCU Canons and KIU Rangers the other three sides in the league that had a realistic chance of beating them. However, the 2005 champions could miss the services of Liz Kizza.
