IT is getting out of hand now! Seriously, what business does a league have with two teams which are so far apart? Even science is closer to the cure for AIDS.

How can two teams, supposedly in the same league, play a match which ends with such a score as 163-19?

Of course it would be easy to heap all the praise on the KCC Leopards for setting the record for the biggest win in the history of local league basketball and urge the Amazon Rhinos to pull up their socks.

It would even be easier to ignore this match and act like it never happened. After all, the 2007 Champions will find their size in the playoffs. The problem is, it happened. Fortunately, the man with the most power to do something about it is aware.
“Most of us agree to the fact that we have to split the ladies league into two divisions. That is one of my plans for next year although we haven’t sat in a meeting to decide on this,” said FUBA president Ambrose Tashobya yesterday.

Anyway, the win took KCC’s record to nine victories in 10 matches and left Amazon winless in as many games.
