The postponed national Division-One Championship earlier billed for Ilorin, Kwara State will now hold at the sports hall of the Murtala Square, Kaduna from April 16 through 24.
The Division-One Championship was moved to Kaduna for logistics reason and all the participating teams are expected to be in Kaduna on Friday April 16 while actions start April 17.
The Division-One Championship was earlier schedule to hold between March 27 and April 4 was postponed due to some technical hitches but the Nigeria Basketball Federation, NBBF has assured teams that the championship will go on as schedule with Kaduna State hosting.
The Division-One Championship which was last played in 2003 will serve as avenue for the lower teams to seek promotion to the elite premier league
