Nigeria have become the latest country to confirm their participation in the preliminary rounds of the FIBA Africa 2010 men club Championship to be hosted by Liberia.
According to the Acting president of the Liberia Basketball Federation, the West African country will be represented by two clubs.
Mr. Fred Pratt said though the names of the clubs had not been forwarded by Nigerian basketball authorities, he was assured of their participation in the competition.
Ghana were the first country to confirm their participation in the event.
And Mr. Pratt told Star Sports more confirmations were expected from other countries in the weeks ahead.
The FIBA Africa 2010 men club Championship will be hosted by LBF first division champions Uhuru Kings.
The tournament will be held from 1-7 November at the in-built gym in Paynesville.
