Savio's pointer George Tarimo leads the Regional Basketball League(RBA) best scorers table as the league sails into the semi final stage this weekend.
Tarimo who emerged the top scorer in every match his team played has been the figurehead behind Savio�s brilliance in the league.
"This year's league is tough and challenging as new teams put up stiff challenge against us. We played in a strong team work basis and managed to win all of them,"said Tarimo.
Tarmo who teams up with Mohamed Yusuf, Henry Mwinuka and Jije Makani to guide their team to the semi final stage, is likely to grab this year's Most valuable Player award do Savio claim this year's title.
Adept in both blocking and pointing Tarimo, is however, closely challenged by ABC playmaker Gilbert Batungi, who was also an outstanding every match his team played.
Tarimo, has been starter in every match making him a player who had longest hours at the basketball court according to performance analysis from the league's competition committee.
Tarimo penned 20 points when Savio beat Chui 69-56
He went on to post another 20 points when Savio defeated Tanzania Prisons 64-40 at the same venue.
Tarimo emerged the top scorer when Savio thrashed holders JKT 50-36 at the same venue. Tarimo chalked 16 points in the match.

Despite their bright performance, Tarimo said Oilers are the only side that gave them hard time.
"They beat us in the third match to hand us our only defeat. I am glad we managed to beat other basketball giants to secure a place for the semi final stage," he said.
Apart from Tarimo Ikunguru brothers, Ladislaus and Andrew have also been outstanding in the league.
The brothers, both studying in Uganda guided Pazi to the wonderful performance this season.
But, Pazi is likely to miss their services at the semi final stage as the have to return to Uganda to continue with their studies.
Oilers are also likely to miss their playmaker Gerald Baru who also plans to return to Uganda for studies.
