The preliminaries for Afrobasket (male & female) combined with All African Games of Zone V will be held from 7 to 12 February 2011 in Kigali (Rwanda).
The countries concerned are:
In Men : Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Somalia and Uganda.
In Women :Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya and Uganda.
After these preliminaries, the first in each category qualify for both competitions. Note that Egypt (in men) and Kenya (in women) are already qualified for All African Games.
