Police Baton basketball club on Sunday continued their search for a final-eight playoff slot in the Atlantic conference of the DStv Premier Basketball League posting a 60-55 points away win over Chariot basketball club in a local derby at the sport hall of the national stadium, Lagos.

Coach Mach Balogun's Baton side won the first and last quarters by 17-08 and 17-16 points respectively, with the 11-11 tied second and 15-20 proving insufficient for the rejuvenated Chariot side to fall to a 60-55 point final scoreline.
